Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healing Process website, courses, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Suman Daderwal ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform.

By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Nature of Services

Healing Process provides online courses, educational content, and community features focused on shadow work, inner healing, and self-awareness.

Our services are for personal growth and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access paid content through your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

Course Access & License

When you enroll in a paid or free course, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for your own private, non-commercial use.

• You may not copy, download (except where explicitly permitted), redistribute, resell, or publicly share course videos, materials, or resources.
• You may not record, screenshot, or capture course content for distribution.
• Access may be suspended if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

Payments & Refunds

Course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, except where a refund is required under applicable Indian consumer protection law or as mandated by a competent authority.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

User Content

You may submit content such as comments or profile information on the Platform. You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You must not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including the Healing Process brand, course materials, videos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by Suman Daderwal or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property except the limited license described above.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian or international law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content without permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our team.
• Circumventing payment, access controls, or digital rights protections.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, courses, or community participation. Personal growth results vary and depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suman Daderwal and the Healing Process platform from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may request account deletion through your profile settings, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable retention requirements.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and enrolled content ends, except as required by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when they were last revised. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
